Creamy Garlic Penne Pasta

Features:
    Cuisine:

This recipe is very yummy. It does require some tweaking because there is simply not enough sauce for the amount of pasta. Some adjustments that I made for the second time I prepared this recipe: 1 - 3/4 amount of the penne pasta 2 - I added 3/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (don't double this when executing my note in step 4 - 3/4 teaspoon for the ENTIRE recipe). 3 - doubled the amount of minced garlic, (then again when executing step 4) 4 - I doubled the sauce recipe entirely (except for the cayenne pepper noted in step 2 above). Mwaa! Delicious with a kick. Using this sauce to pasta ratio made the leftovers just as enjoyable when I headed them up in the microwave. The first time used the amount of sauce as written, the leftovers were dry.

I highly highly recommend this recipe.
