Tortellini With Garlic Cream Sauce, YUM! This is so so good–I hope you like this as much as we do., This was very good. The amount of the cornstarch should be a tbsp not a tsp and maybe even a bit more. The recipe has too much liquid for only a tsp of cornstarch. Left out the olives, grated a bit of parm of top and served with broccoli. Even the kids gobbled it up., I could not get this to thicken. Even tried a knob of butter and putting it in the microwave? It was pretty tasty tho?
