Creamy Ham Casserole,,Print these recipes?,I made this tonight for dinner. I realize that I can adjust a recipe to my tastes, but I wanted to review this as written, the way I made it. This casserole is extremely bland. There are no seasonings, not even salt or pepper. I did add some, but that wasn’t enough to make this great on s own. Also, used fresh broccoli, and it came out very crunchy. If you’re not using frozen veggies, make sure l cook them slightly before putting into the casserole. Lastly, it came out a little dry. Next time I’ll probably bump up the mayo to 3/4 cup. There needs to a step to add preferred spices because I find it hard to believe that the author of this recipe doesn’t season it on their own. With spices and maybe sour cream or more mayo, this might be a better casserole. As it is, it’s just ok.
