Creamy Hamburger & Rice Casserole, This is my dad’s favorite casserole The recipe was passed to me from my Aunt in Minnesota , use sauteed mushrooms instead of green beans and use 3 cups of homemade French onion soup (I put leftovers in the freezer and pull them out to make this) and 1/2 cup of white wine instead of water use an extra can of mushroom soup and a little bit of cream so it doesn’t come out dry The last 15 minutes I top it with shredded gruyere , Turned out good! I didn’t have cream of mushroom soup so put in one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of broccoli have way through baking I sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on top and finished baking sooooo good
