Creamy Microwave Mac and Cheese, From “Rush Hour Recipes”. Nice and easy in the microwave., I love this Mac & cheese simply because I like my M&C creamy rather than eggy. Also, it is fast and makes a smaller amount. Now that it is only two of us it is perfect. I have started making this stovetop. It is a little too floury made in the microwave even after cooking the flour for a minute or so. I made this the other night using Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar making it over the top good., I didn’t care for it. Too bland and floury. Tried to tweak it and ended up throwing it out.
