Use a vodka that you like to drink, if you can’t drink it you won’t eat this , The recipe is okay it does have a strong vodka taste to it and I personally like my vodka sauce to be a bit more creamy so I added to mine a pint of heavy cream instead of 3/4, added 2/3 Parmesan, 4 leaves of Basil, and garlic powder and it was perfect, This is too tomatoey It didnt taste creamy or cheesy at all Disappointing
