Smoked Gouda Risotto,Original recipe came from Cooking Light, but I’ve made adjustments. If you like Risotto, your going to love this one.,I’d reheat on a low microwave setting.,What would be the best way to reheat this? I plan on taking it to a christmas dinner & want to make the day before.
