Smoked Salmon Dip, This is a huge hit with my brother-in-law he ate almost the entire batch , I also skipped the liquid smoke because I felt the smoky flavor of my salmon was plenty Tossed everything into a food processor for a couple of pulses, and voila! Flake the Salmon Into a Medium Bowl. Add Cream Cheese, 1/8 - 1/4 T Liquid Smoke, 1 or 2 T Horseradish and 1 T Lemon Juice. Mix Well. Cover W/Plasice Wrap, Refrigerate Overnight. Serve With Crackers. |
