Spinach & Mushroom Pasta, Love mushrooms, love pasta, love spinach. Need I say more?, Easy to make and very tasty! I didnt have fresh basil, and was hesitant about using half the amount dried wouldve been 1/4 cup. used 2 Tbsp basil, and will get fresh basil next time. The sauce is nice & creamy, even with half skim milk & half whole milk., Very easy to make and delicious, creamy recipe. I only had one type of mushroom to use white , but I bet it would even be better with the mix of mushrooms the recipe calls for.
