Spinach Gratin, This is great because it can be made up completely ahead and just bake it for 20 minutes for a terrific side dish , The perfect side dish for a holiday meal, as it’s quick to make and can sit for hours I added more cheese, and used cheddar instead of gruyere , I love spinach and this was a very easy way to get my fix! I only used 2 bags of spinach and reduced everything else accordingly and I subbed an egg bkz I was out of flour Thanks for posting!

Preheat Oven to 425. |

Melt the Butter in Saut Pan Over Medium Heat. |

Add the Onions and Saut About 15 Minutes, Until Translucent. |

Add the Flour and Nutmeg and Cook Stirring, For 2 More Minutes. |
