This has to be one of the freshest and best smoothies I've ever made, I made a couple of minor changes, cut it in half to serve one - ME- and used strawberries from my garden that I had frozen so no need for ice - then followed the directions and when finished sat back and enjoyed. Better than a strawberry milk shake. Made for PAC Fall 2011

Stawberry Vanilla Smoothie,I made this up on a whim of things that sounded good in a smoothie and things that I had seen used in other recipes.
