Creamy Tia Maria Fruit Dip Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

Great flavour! used 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 5 of Tia Maria. It was wonderful as a dip (although it did need quite a long time in the fridge to thicken). There was some left over so I folded it through some sliced banana for dessert today. I think it would be great with strawberries on a pavlova too, or maybe folded through some canned pineapple pieces with chopped crystallised ginger! So many possibilities. :-)
