Tuna Fish Casserole, A creamy and comfy dinner on chilly or cold nights. This is fast and economical. I offer credit to my mother-n-law who shared this recipe with me. SHE WAS THE GREATEST always willing to share her recipes, kindness and heart., Super easy and lip smackin’ good. To the recipe I’ve also added 3 cut-up hardboiled eggs, 3 sliced1/4 ” green onions mixed in, and sprinkled with a cup of canned fried onions. Eat it with Ritz or Club crackers or crispy garlic bread. Yowsa…got myself hungry. I’m off to the kitchen!, This was super quick and very easy to make. I don’t like tuna casserole, so on nights when I am not well enough to eat this will be my go to for the rest of the family. It only took about 15 minutes start to finish to make. My husband said it is a 4 star recipe, so that is how I got the star rating. All 3 of my kids happily ate it. Thanks for such an easy recipe Chef1MOM-Connie!
