Turkey Tetrazzini,,Yummy! A lot of turkey tetrazzini recipes are too heavy/dense. This was a great way to use up the left over Thanksgiving turkey (used a rapidly-drying out breast). Used 20oz leftover turkey gravy with one can organic cream of mushroom soup and 1.5 cups organic chicken broth. Also added lots of seasoning – garlic powder, poultry seasoning, chili powder, thyme to the veggies while sauting.,Used 2.5 cups of leftover turkey gravy with 1 can organic cream of mushroom soup and 1.5 cups organic chicken broth for the liquid. Added a lot of seasoning – garlic powder, poultry seasoning, thyme, chili powder, salt, and pepper to perk it up.
