If lobster is not affordable, you might substitute with canned crab, extra shrimp or as a last resort imitation crab meat., I love this soup. use 2 cans of crab and 2 lb of shrimp. Then I add peas and corn. You cant eat more than one bowl but my gosh is it good, How much sherry can you put?
