Directions
Crispy Baked Basa,BASA, is a member of the catfish family, farm-raised in fresh water. The flavor of the basa is milder and more delicate than other carfish; when cooked it does not give off a “fishy” smell. Serve this recipe and you will be hooked!,not sure what i did wrong, but it was soggy. The flavour was good, but texture wasnt so great. my kids wouldnt touch it :(,The family loved this. I made a couple of changes. No almonds. I’m allergic to tree nuts and gluten intolerant. used rice krispies for the almonds and gluten free flour for the ap flour. I wasn’t in love with the texture of the corn meal but it had a good crunch and wasn’t bad. The fact that the family loved it will have me saving the recipe AND doing it again.
