Crispy Baked Chicken,,I found this recipe in a Taste of Home cookbook. Love it!,The chicken didn’t brown in the time specified. I had to jack the temp up (to 400) to get the meat cooked. If I were to make this again, I’d brown the meat in a fry pan in the butter then bake it. My niece said it was the best chicken she’d had in a long time. (I omitted the chili powder.)

Place in 13x9 Pan Sprayed With Pam and Drizzle With Butter (i Spray With Butter Flavor Pam) Then Bake at 375 For About 30 Minutes If not Brown Turn Temp Up to 400-425 and Bake Until Brown (about 15 More Minutes) |
