Directions
Spicy Oven Fried Chicken, , First the good news: The chicken turns out moist & just the right amount of spicy! The bad news: I had a terrible time with the coating – it stuck in the skillet over low heat & started to burn after about 2 minutes per side So, I popped it into the oven & then the coating got soggy & stuck to my pan I will definitely try this recipe again to see if I was just having a bad day
