Directions
Spicy Oven Fried Chicken,,First the good news: The chicken turns out moist & just the right amount of spicy! The bad news: I had a terrible time with the coating – it stuck in the skillet over low heat & started to burn after about 2 minutes per side. So, I popped it into the oven & then the coating got soggy & stuck to my pan. I will definitely try this recipe again to see if I was just “having a bad day”.

In a Medium Bowl, Mix the Buttermilk and Hot Pepper Sauce. |
