    Crispy Balsamic Baked Chicken Breasts, Oh my gosh !!! This recipe is outstanding. It comes from ShellMarr on the helpforIBS boards. I made it last night and it is a keeper., Absolutely delicious. Great recipe!!, Wonderful. used 4 chicken breasts, 2 whole eggs, 1 1/2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and the rest of the ingredients as listed. I took the advice of other reviewers and baked the chicken on a rack over a foil-lined cookie sheet. I will spray the chicken with less non-stick spray next time or not at all because it made the breadcrumb coating a little soggy in some parts. I set the oven timer for 40 minutes but checked the chicken pieces in 35 and they were cooked through. This recipe is a keeper!

    Put Bread Crumbs, Parsley, Garlic Powder, and Salt in Medium Bowl and Mix.

    Whisk Together Vinegar and Egg Whites in Smaller Bowl.

    Place on Sprayed Cookie Sheet.

    Spray the Top of the Chicken Breasts With Cooking Spray used Butter Flavored

    Sprinkle With a Little Salt and Pepper.

    Bake 400 For 30-40 Minutes, Till Fork Tender and Juices Run Clear.
