Spicy Cucumbers, Great light side that goes well with oriental-style dishes , This was YummO as Rachel would say My husband and son were both saying how great they were as we ate them all up 🙂 easy to make, quick, if you don’t like the extra salt taste use low sodium soy sauce to cut down-great recipe-thanks, I really enjoyed this recipe, but I did make a few slight changes I only used 4 tblspoons of a sodium reduced soy sauce and I replaced the sugar with 1 packet of Splenda Turned out great! A real keeper! Thanks s’kat!!!!
