Thaw the Spinach and Phyllo Dough. |

Be Sure to Keep the Phyllo Dough Covered Once the Package Is Opened. It Will Dry Out Quickly. |

Saute the Spinach, Onion and Olive Oil. Add Parsley, Salt and Pepper. Cook Until All Liquid Is Absorbed. |
