Directions
Sunday Morning Fried Potatoes,We had these potatoes every single Sunday morning of my life and I still love them! used to put lots of ketchup on them as a child, but now I am grown up (so I only put a little ketchup on them) HA!,These were really tasty and so easy to make. I’ve been experimenting with diced potato hash browns and many recipes are very complicated, using both stovetop and oven, soaking, etc. These are so very easy and just the perfect amount of soft in the middle, crisp on the outside. And the spices are spot on. You’re right, it needs more salt than you think!
