Spinach Fritters (Rachael Ray), Sounds delish and is one of Rachael’s budget meal items She paired these up with pan fried pork chops, but I think it would be great as a main dish with a side or two of veggies!, Sorry but we didn’t like these used fresh baby spinach which I wilted by steaming and then rung and chopped used sweet onion, brown eggs, a gluten free rice flour mix (For every cup white rice flour, 1/2 cup tapioca starch), sea salt and a unrefined olive oil plus the pepper , I tried to make these and the spinach mixture would not hold itself toether to form into fritters The result was a loose, burnt mess Maybe more egg or flour? Or maybe I am just not a great cook
