    I added some olive oil to fry and did not turn totally on high, didn't want the olive oil to burn. It was good. I served with teriyaki sauce. Next time I will use vege oil and add chili pepper to the batter and serve with salsa.

    Turn the Wok Onto High Heat and Fry the Beef For 2 Minutes.
