Sweetcorn Fritters, I came across this recipe in one of my brother’s old university books and kept it for use when I may need it ;), When I made these tasty fritters, I formed 4 patties & served them that way! Another time I want to make them as directed & use them as finger food dippers! Simple & so easy to prepare! Many thanks! Mix Together All the Ingredients Except the Sweetcorn and Oil Until a Smooth Batter Is Brought About. Stir in the Sweetcorn. |

Heat a Bit of Vegetable Oil (tablespoon or Two) in a Frying Pan and Drop in Tbsp Sized Balls of the Mixture and Fry For 3-4 Minutes on Either Side Until Golden. Serve With a Yoghurt Dip Such a Raita. |
