Twiced Baked Potato Skins, My version of a potato skin Perfect comfort food and great for a late night snack Definitely not healthy, but I’m sure substitutions can be made such as margarine, low fat cheese, low fat or fat free sour cream and omitting the bacon , I had some leftover baked potatoes, so I made this recipe with substitutions I didn’t have any milk so used sour cream instead, used cajun seasoning instead of steak seasoning, because I didn’t have any These were great Will make again

H Halve Potatoes & Scoop Out Most of the Insides Into a Bowl. |

Add Seasonings to Potato Mixture. |
