Won Ton Appetizer Bites, This is my friend Heather’s recipe, I have changed it slightly as the variations are endless I hope you will enjoy these, as much as we do These can be made ahead, covered and refrigerate for several hours or overnight and baked when needed , The filling tastes good but the wontons are soggy We tried prebaking the shells for longer but they still were soggy We even tried frying the bottoms and then baking them in the oven We then gave up and fried the wontons and baked the filling separately and served as a dip I would not make these again
