Crock Pot Beef With Mushroom And Red Wine

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this tonight and it was a hit! Because my husband is allergic to msg, I left out the onion soup mix and used a cube of msg free beef bouillon. I also swapped out 1/2 cup of wine for 1/2 cup of water and added 3 sliced cloves of garlic and a bay leaf. Served it over creamy whipped potatoes and even the kids gobbled it right up!
