Crock Pot Breakfast, Load up the crock pot the night before and wake up to an easy breakfast , I read the reviews about this drying out mine did not I did use only 7 eggs instead of the 12 and a little more than half of the potatoes used full can of condensed milk instead of the 1 cup of milk this came out great for me I made sure to turn on the crockpot so that it would only cook for exactly 8 hours it was a bit watery (think from the frozen potatoes) but I drained out the water easily enough I thought this would be a cook dish for a breakfast before church It was fast and easy and pretty tasty , tweaks: less eggs, condensed milk instead of regular milk
