    Crock Pot Brisket,Shamelessly adopted and adapted from a recipe given to me by Lea Bruce.,I believe recipe should be 8 hrs on low. Became very bitter and dry,I believe recipe should be 8 hrs low temp. First nasty brisket I made. Cooked way too long on high. I couldn’t find my go to recipe so decided to try this one…what a mistake. I browsed other coca cola recipes for brisket and every other one I found had it cooking at low. Wish I would have checked them earlier. Can’t believe how bitter it is..very strange.

    Steps

    Done

    Mix All Ingredients Except For the Brisket.

    Place the Brisket Into the Crock Pot and Pour the Cola Mixture Over the Meat.

    Cook on High For 8 Hours or Overnight on Low.

    Slice and Serve.
