    Such an excellent soup! One of our favorites in this house! I never have bay leaf so I just omitted that and served the corn on the side. Also consider adding just a few shakes of lime juice. Great with a side of cheese quesadillas to dip. Thank you so much for the recipe!

    Crock Pot -Chicken Tortilla Soup, A quick, no-fuss version of chicken tortilla soup! All you do is put everything into the slow cooker, and turn it on. Then garnish with baked corn tortilla strips. What a dish., Such an excellent soup! One of our favorites in this house! I never have bay leaf so I just omitted that and served the corn on the side.
