Crock Pot Corned Beef Dinner

Outstanding! I am a big fan of corned beef and this recipe was as easy as any I have used in the past. My only regret is that I didn't have a larger cut to cook. I had a 3.25 pounder and we were fighting for the scraps. The glaze put it over the top. The hardened glaze became dessert. Spicy mustard candy! I did use foil during the roasting of the glaze and it truly saved the pan. This will be my go to recipe every St. Pats and in between.

I am ALWAYS asked for this recipe, usually by friends that don’t like corned beef.,Outstanding! I am a big fan of corned beef and this recipe was as easy as any I have used in the past. I did not grow up eating corn beef and had a couple of not so good meals until I found this recipe. I usually do my vegetables separate, and vary which ones I serve. This glaze is killer!!! Makes lovers out of haters. This year I’ll make one with glaze for dinner, and one plain for hash and sandwiches.
