Crock Pot Honeyed Lamb, Honeyed lamb cooked in the crock pot, I recently discovered through a friend how fantastic lamb tastes, when it’s cooked correctly I fell in love with how delicious her recipe tasted Growing up I hated how it smelled and tasted I would ask what is that smell or this tastes nasty , only gyros were the only way I ate it I want to make a first attempt at cooking lamb chops with out messing up , since they are expensive My husband hasn’t favored this meat either , I want a recipe that will blow our socks off without too much hooplah maybe in the crock pot ? Made exactly as written without changes, and it turned out wonderfully After 5 hours on high the meat was so tender it fell apart Served with brown sugar roasted carrots, onions and apples Will make this again! Preheat Crock Pot on High. |

Heat Butter in Large Skillet and Brown Lamb on All Sides. |
