Crock Pot Italian Beef, I start this after dinner the night before and forget it so much that when I get up in the morning I wonder what smell so good! I usually do a quick stir about 12-13 hours into it just so anything thats not in the juice gets mixed. Serve it with Mozzarella cheese on crispy rolls for a really good sandwich thats easy., I’ve been making a version of this meal for decades. I found it in a Taste of Home magazine. That recipe did not call for such a long cooking time and by the sounds of other reviews I would use caution as many have found that to be twice as long as necessary. I put mine together in the morning: roast on the bottom, Italian dressing sprinkled over it and a jar of sliced pepperocinis with juice poured over it all. It has always been done perfectly for dinner., Favorite for the whole family – make a few batches for the 4th of July and everyone loves it!
