Crock Pot Pork Butt Roast,This recipe came from the recipe book that came with my rival crock pot. I have lost my recipe book so am writing this from memory and experience. This is a wonderful recipe for a tasty, inexpensive, and really easy pork roast. This recipe is for pork butt (shoulder) roast. I do not know if it would work for pork loin or tenderloin roast because they don’t have enough fat and may become tough.,I have made this recipe several times now. It is delicious every time. I follow the seasoning suggestions, minus the cayenne (heat isn’t our thing). It always comes out tender and juicy! Great for football weekends, snowy days, or even backyard get togethers! When finished cooking, the pork is great for sliders, nachos, ETC!
