Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was fine, but we thought it was a little dry and bland. We're also quite spoiled with the pulled pork we make on our big green egg. Obviously this was much quicker and more conveniently made, so it's a good alternative for winter.

Crock Pot Pulled Pork, I got me a crock pot, , nuff said.. The long and low melted most of the greasiness out of the shoulder, and the vinegar apple juice combination added a sweet moistness to the final product., This was fine, but we thought it was a little dry and bland. We’re also quite spoiled with the pulled pork we make on our big green egg. Obviously this was much quicker and more conveniently made, so it’s a good alternative for winter.
