Directions
Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes (With Optional Ham), This is a great, easy recipe I got it from a Relief Society Enrichment Night lesson, and have not found its equal anywhere I have no idea where the sister who contributed the recipe got it, but it sure is great! If you add the ham, it can even be a main dish for lunch or brunch And while no one can say it’s diet food, it’s comforting, filling, and a great time saver for big holiday meals , This isn’t so much a tweak as it is a hint I had a lot of oil from the cheese floating on top of the potatoes, which was no appetizing to me If this happens to you, you can blot the oil off the top with a paper towel Lay the paper towel flat on the surface and it will absorb the oil without sucking up the good cheese sauce Change out the paper towel as many times as needed to eliminate the oil Hope this helps someone , Excellent recipe! I have made it twice, once as directed and the second time I added a jor of pimentos OVER THE TOP GOOD!!!! Will be making this again
