Crock Pot Stifado

This recipe rocks like The Beatles in Swinging London, which is where I got the idea to try beef stifado, sort of. (Characters in The Kings of London by William Shaw were eating it in a Greek restaurant.) so I went to my trusty food.com and this is the first one i viewed and i say why look any further ? #1 : convenience of the crickpot, not to mention getting to smell it for hours. Flavors meld wonderfully on high but i 'm going to try it on slow next time, and there will be many next times. This is a true keeper!
