1 green bell pepper cut in strips
1/2 medium onion sliced thinly
3/4 cup carrot shredded
2 tablespoons sweet pickles coarsely chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks drained and juice reserved
1 cup pineapple juice reserved from the can of pineapple chunks
