Crock Pot Tamale Casserole Supremo, Absolutely flavor filled Easy to make and economical , I thought this was very good, but my husband felt it was too spicy He gave it a three, I gave it a five, averaged to four If you have a spicy aversion, this is not a dish you will love, but it does taste like tamales without all the fuss , Love this! Have added it to my regular recipes! My chorizo comes in 10 oz packages, but we don’t really care for overly spicy things, and with 4 kids (oldest is 5), it works out well to use 2 – 2 23 pounds burger and 10 oz chorizo, then divide that in half I freeze 1/2 and use it the next time I want to make this!
