Crock Pot Venison Loin

Features:
    Cuisine:

This recipe was excellent! Served it alongside turkey at Thanksgiving. Added a nice touch of authenticity to a traditional T-day dinner. Everyone loved it -- even the skeptics who hadn't eaten venison before. Delicious. Didn't change a thing in the recipe except to use fresh mushrooms, instead of canned.
