Crock Pot White Chicken Chili,This white chicken chili recipe is adapted from a Betty Crocker slow cooker recipes cookbook. I often use frozen chicken breasts, and it can also be prepared conventionally on the stove top. Great comfort food!,Do I have to drain the beans and corn?,I love this recipe! I make it at least 1-2 times every year. The only modification I make to this is excluding the green chilies/onions because I dont care for them. I also like to eat this with tortilla chips, highly recommend for a good fall/winter crockpot dish! Update: upon making this again, I would recommend draining at least 1 or 2 of the bean cans..I didnt this time and it was soupier than I would have liked. Next time I will try draining some of the cans.
