Cross Rib Roast,I found this delicious, simple-to-prepare recipe on the Internet. The source as “The Complete Meat Cookbook” by Bruce Aidells.,Im not a fan of beef that tastes too… well, beefy, so this was right up my alley! Absolutely delicious, and easy enough for my rookie-cook husband to prepare. Thanks for this keeper!,This did not work. This cut of beef needs to be cooked on very low heat for a longer time (250 or so) This cross rib was tough. Not recommended.
