6 ounces fromage blanc goat cheese (chevre for example. we used plain chevre with no herbs or any other additions.)
4 - 6 ounces baby arugula (ideally from your garden or the local farmer's market)
3 - 4 large strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced 1/4-inch
2 tablespoons dark balsamic vinegar (good quality!)
