Crunchy Asian-Inspired Spicy Snack Mix Recipe

Features:
  • Gluten Free
Cuisine:

Made this snack mix to have around the house. I like the ingredients; although, I really couldn't pick up on the Asian flavor as much as I thought I would. Think maybe I'll increase the sauce a bit next time. The only other change I would make is to decrease the wasabi peas -- I like them, but they were a bit overpowering in the mix and it tended to change the taste of the rest of the mix. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup, January, 2014.
