Excellent for those who do not like fish, but need the Omegas , Just made this, used Panko breadcrumbs because I didnt have any crackers, delicious!, used the recipe for 6 small filets I thought the 1 T of Italian seasoning was too much I’ll try 1/2 T next time used the Panko crumbs instead of saltines Used 4 T of butter and that was sufficient

Melt Butter in Shallow Pie Dish; Set Aside. |

in Another Shallow Dish, Mix Cracker Crumbs, Seasoning and Spices. |

Dry Fillets and Dredge in Butter; Then, in Crumb-Seasonings Mixture. |
