Special-K bars, sweet, chewy dessert, chocolate lovers, cereal lovers, Peanut butter lovers I got this recipe from a co-worker of mine and have since changed it in many ways, but this is the original version , Can Corn flakes be substituted for Special K cereal?, My Mom made these for us as kids It was a bit different since she used 1 c sugar, 1 c corn syrup, 3/4 c peanut butter and only 3 c Special K She also put a tsp of vanilla in and used a whole package of semi sweet chips I love these and want to make them today, but need to freeze some, or I”ll eat the whole pan A tip that use is, I put butter on my fingertips and after it cools, use my fingers to spread in the pan
