    Vanilla Walnuts, Maybe Mirjam doesn’t know it, but she got me hooked on spiced nuts! 🙂 This one is from ‘Simply Classic-The Junior League of Seattle’ , These were bland to us I’m going to add some extra seasoning and see if the family will eat them They just aren’t going as-is , Loved the flavor I was helping DH in the basement so it was my fault that some of them were burned So do not go away they need to be checked on Will make these again soon but stay close

    Preheat Oven to 325f.

    Bring a Large Pan of Water to a Boil.

    Blanch Walnuts 1 Minute.

    Transfer to a Bowl.

    Blend Corn Oil With Vanilla Extract.

    Sprinkle in Sugar and Toss to Mix Well.

    Bake 30 to 35 Minutes Until Nuts Are Light Brown and Crispy.
