Crustless Cheeseburger Quiche, I created this from another recipe I found here on Zaar, only I modified it to be lower in carbs., Made according to recipe. Good basic recipe. Future will double eggs, heavy cream maybe 1/2 heavy cream – 1/2 water, and mayo. Add a can of diced green chilis, and double the cheese. Season well. Layer meat and cheese in deep dish pie pan, and pour mixture over top. Using a fork, work egg mixture to bottom. Bake 45-55 minutes till done., My husband is on a very low carb diet so this recipe was such a good find. I seasoned the burger meat with Emeril’s burger seasoning recipe which really gave it a nice kick skipped the onion powder I added 1/4 cup parm cheese to the burger meat to help bind the meat, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese used the rest of the cheese on top. Baking time for me was only about 25 min. Husband loved it!
